The best way to learn about Woodberry Forest is to experience it for yourself! Come see our beautiful 1,200-acre campus, meet your future classmates and teachers, and learn about all that you can do as a Woodberry boy.
Reviewing the below information is meant to be your starting point. Once you've determined the visit type that is right for you, please use the 'Schedule a Visit' tab and a member of the admission team will be in touch with next steps. Your time on campus can be what you make it, and we are happy to put together a visit that is most beneficial to you.

Start your visit with a walking tour of campus with a student tour guide. Tours are followed by an interview or a preliminary conversation with the admission team, depending on where you are in the application process. If you would like to meet with a coach, teacher, or club leader, let us know and we can do our best to add this to your day visit.
Schedule your visit using the calendar below.
We are happy to have you on campus at any time. Some families prefer to visit when they can catch a sporting event or participate in a big weekend like our Episcopal High School rivalry weekend. Please note that our fall visit calendar fills up quickly so we encourage you to book your visit as soon as possible once you've found a weekend that will work for you.
If you're interested in meeting a faculty member or coach related to your son's interests (i.e. an academic department chair, a coach, director of art and theater programs, etc.), please let us know. If schedules allow, you may have the opportunity to connect with those individuals while you are here on campus. These can be requested at the bottom of the visit request form which is accessed through using the calendar above.
Yes! If you've already started an application or are just beginning your high school search, a visit to campus is always encouraged and welcomed. You can select "Campus tour without interview" on the Day Visit form, which is accessible by clicking a date on the calendar above.
We encourage boys to wear what we refer to as "classroom attire" - polo or button down shirt, khaki pants or shorts, a belt, and close-toed shoes (tennis shoes are ok). Ultimately, we encourage you to come in what you are most comfortable in.
Interviews are not required. Many boys like to interview while they are here on campus for their tour, but you're welcome to schedule a virtual interview at a later date once you've visited Woodberry. You can select "Campus tour with interview" or "Campus tour without interview" on the Day Visit form, which is accessible by clicking a date on the calendar above.
