Why Should You Attend Spring Preview?

Spring Preview is designed for families at the very beginning of their boarding school search. This immersive, on-campus experience introduces you to the people, programs, and values that define Woodberry—while helping you better understand what to look for in any boarding school.

Real Conversations, Real Perspective.
Hear directly from current students about their daily lives—academics, friendships, challenges, and growth.
A Day in the Life.
Walk the campus, step into classrooms and dorms, and get a genuine feel for what your son’s experience could be.
Clarity for the Journey Ahead.
Our parent panel is designed to help you navigate the boarding school search with confidence—what matters, what to ask, and how to evaluate your options.

This isn’t just a visit—it’s an experience.

Boys will choose one of the following afternoon activities:
- Golf on our 9-hole course
- Basketball Clinic with coaches and players
- Nature Walk with a faculty member

It’s a chance to engage, connect, and start to picture themselves at boarding school.

Our parent panel goes beyond Woodberry. You’ll gain valuable perspective on:
- Academic rigor and support
- Residential life and student wellbeing
- Faculty mentorship and communication
- What questions to ask as you explore schools

At Woodberry, boys are known, challenged, and loved. Through a culture built on brotherhood, honor, and mentorship, students grow not just academically, but personally. Spring Preview offers an early glimpse into a community where boys become their best selves.
